Do you want to lose weight? Are you one of those who tried to exercise more and eating less, but still can’t reach their weight loss goal?
Don’t fret. There is always a solution to every problem. Personally, I believe in exercise as an effective means of weight loss. It gets rid of fat by burning calories. However, it cannot solve your weight loss problem alone, especially if you are depriving yourself from necessary nutrients that your body needs while trying to lose weight. Exercise and proper diet is essential to attain your goal.
Proper diet means eating the right portion of appropriate types of food on the proper time. Sounds complicated? I don’t think so. All you need to do is choose foods that are low in cholesterol and calories but high in vitamins and fiber, and eat reasonable portions in the right time. Combine this with exercise and you are on your way to a leaner you.
On a side note, did you know that there are people who got rid of excess body fat just by eating? There is what we call as weight loss super foods. These foods basically answers your how to lose weight questions. Instead of punishing yourself by not eating, you should try to consuming these types of foods.

Eating protien first in each meal is a key to weightloss.Then adding a proportion of the correct carbs.
Eggs definitely! But skip the yoke, just eat the eggs whites. I would like to add in sweet potato and grean tea.
2 eggs? (10, 11) watermelon and cucumber is also good on weightloss
