Apply for internship or apprenticeship—Employers are sometimes apprehensive to hire newly grads because they have not immersed themselves into real world situations yet. The potential of your resume would be pumped up if you could include at least an internship or apprenticeship experience. Aside from that, since internship and apprenticeship would enable you to practice and learn beyond the school realms, you will also meet a lot of culinary professionals and other connections that could help you land on a good job. Establish your expertise—There are thousands of other people who have finished the same course that you did. How will you stand out from the rest of them?
