Pork Giniling with Oyster Sauce

- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 potatoes diced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 to matoes diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- Ground black pepper to taste
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, pan-fry the diced potato until the exterior turns light brown in color. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
Using the remaining oil, sauté onion, garlic, and tomato.
Add ground pork once the onion softens. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
Pour the soy sauce into the pan and add water. Adjust the heat to low. Cook uncovered until the liquid reduces to half.
Add oyster sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Put the fried potato back into the pan. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Season with ground black pepper.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Share and enjoy!
